The Role

You will own how stories are captured, shaped, and used across MEDLIFE.

What you’ll do:

• Capture real experiences
  • Connect with students and guide conversations
  • Help them articulate meaningful moments, not just events
• Shape narratives
  • Turn raw, unstructured input into clear, compelling stories
  • Highlight what truly matters in each experience
• Build a system
  • Organize stories into a structured, usable library
  • Map content to real doubts, questions, and decisions
• Create assets
  • Develop content for marketing, recruitment, and sales
  • Identify and extract high-impact moments
• Improve continuously
  • Refine the system over time
  • Identify gaps and proactively solve them

What you’ll grow in
